James is an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) in Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server, an Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist (ACSP) in Mac OS X and Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) in Mac OS X Leopard and Snow Leopard.
